I use modern technology to provide traditional counselling and psychotherapy services with the aim of helping people overcome turbulent times in their lives.

I aim to help you make a change when there’s something just not right about an important relationship or how you feel. The three often interlinked areas that I specialise in are:

Making small changes to key behaviours to reduce and manage anxiety

Getting started with a new counsellor is a big step. You really need to be sure there’s a good fit so you can feel safe and relaxed. That’s why I offer a complimentary 30-minute session so you can be certain you’re making the right decision for you.

How it works

Step 1. Visit the Get Started page and select an available day and time from my calendar to book your complimentary 30-minute counselling session

Step 2. Complete a short questionnaire to help me prepare for our call so you can get the best possible value from our call

Step 3. You'll be sent one or two reminders for our call via email which will also include a link to our virtual meeting space (a zoom link). Don't worry if you're not too savvy with technology, full instructions will be included and it's very straight forward.

Step 4. At your chosen time, simply click the link that you've been provided with to join me on a live 30-minute call. We'll talk about your situation and if I think I can help, I will outline my method for doing so.
